FAQs

Using Redbubble rather than printing and selling directly myself, allows me to offer a much greater variety of images and products, as I don’t have to invest in buying stock that might not sell (Redbubble is a print on demand service, so nothing is wasted). It also allows me to focus on taking and editing photographs, as Redbubble handle all the orders, printing, despatch and customer service etc.
I have selected Redbubble as my printer/service provider of choice for several reasons:
I have used them for many years and have always been very happy with the quality of their printing and products, and the range of products they offer. I have always found their customer service to be excellent.
They ship internationally (from several locations) at reasonable prices, and display prices in several currencies.
They collect VAT for UK orders, so there are no nasty customs charges to pay.
They sell greeting cards individually.
The only downside to using Redbubble is that I don’t get to see who places orders - I only know that an order has been placed, what the item is, and what the currency is. So if you do buy something and share some images on social media, please do tag me @zoepower - I’d absolutely love to see!

Absolutely, yes! If you’d like a print of a particular image that isn’t on Redbubble, just let me know which one it is (ideally email me the URL for the photo you’ve seen, e.g. https://www.flickr.com/photos/zedbee/50624956727/) and I’ll upload it for you, assuming the quality is good enough.

I am not involved in printing and despatching orders, so I don’t have any control over despatch times - this is handled completely by Redbubble. I have found the delivery estimates they provide in the order process to be accurate. Redbubble have printers in a number of different countries and different products are printed in different locations, so please bear in mind your order might be coming from a different country to the one you live in.
If your order has not arrived within the given timeframe, please check Redbubble’s Where is my order? page and then contact Redbubble Customer Services if this doesn’t answer your question (there is a “Submit a request” button at the bottom of the page).
-
I have no control over discounts on Redbubble and am unable to run my own promotions. However, Redbubble run regular promotions with discounts off many different products, so it is well worth signing up to their mailing list if you are thinking about placing an order (you’ll find the sign-up form at the bottom of each page).
In addition, Redbubble run year-round discounts when you buy multiple copies of some products. For example, if you order 3 or more greeting cards or postcards of the same size, you get a 20% discount, and if you order 10 or more, you get a 30% discount. Note that these don’t have to be the same image, you can choose different photographs/designs - they just need to be the same size.
-
I receive a small commission for each item that sells, ranging from 20-30%, depending on the product. For a greeting card, for example, I would usually receive about £0.30, but it could be more or less depending on how many cards were ordered and what discount was applied.

Yes, I would be happy to sell you a high-resolution digital copy of one or more of my photographs so you can get it printed at your printer of choice (on the understanding that it would NOT be used for any other purposes - please see my License my images page for more information about the terms and conditions and prices for using my digital images). Just let me know which image(s) you would like to get printed and I will create a listing for you in my GumRoad Shop, where you can purchase the image and then download it immediately. The cost would be £5, excluding VAT.

My Favourite Products
Art Prints
I think the Art Prints are my favourite of all the different print formats. They are printed on a lovely matte lightly textured 100% cotton paper, with a border, ready for framing. They come in 4 sizes, starting at 30.5 x 40.6cm (12” x 16”).
There are many other print formats to choose from as well, including photographic prints, canvas prints, metal prints, framed prints, posters and art boards.
Photographic Prints
Excellent quality photographic prints on archival paper in a choice of finish (lustre or metallic). Super sharp and great colour reproduction. Available in 4 different sizes, starting at 20.3cm x 30.5cm (8” x 12”).
Art Board Prints
Art Boards are printed on a matte textured paper (similar to watercolour paper) and mounted on a piece of card. They come with velcro circles for easy attachment to walls, or you can just prop them up on shelves, so no framing required. They are lightweight and very easy to display and move around - and very economical too! I have a few of these propped up on my IKEA picture shelves and I love them. They come in a range of sizes and are usually either square or 8”x10” format.
Note that colours are maybe slightly more subdued than they would be in a photographic print, due to the matte textured paper.
Greeting Cards
Printed on a lovely heavyweight matte card with a blank inside and a kraft envelope. Available in two sizes: 10 x 15cm (4” x 6”) or 12.5 x 19cm (5” x 7.5”). The larger size could also be framed as a mini-print. They are perfect for so many different occasions - I always keep a good supply on hand.
Buy any 3 and get 20% off. Buy any 10 and get 30% off.
Postcards
Printed on the same lovely heavyweight matte card as greeting cards. 10 x 15cm (4” x 6”). Perfect for sending a short note to a friend or popping on your inspiration board.
Buy any 3 and get 20% off. Buy any 10 and get 30% off.
Spiral Notebooks
Spiralbound notebooks are A5 size and have 120 pages (ruled or graph) of 90gsm paper and are very easy to write in. The cover is printed on 350gsm heavyweight semi-matte card and there is a handy document pocket inside the back cover to store all your random notes and loose bits of paper. Although they are softback, they are very sturdy. The back cover is plain black.
There is a discount of 15% if you buy two notebooks (can be different designs).
Stickers
Available in 4 sizes with a white or transparent border and a matte or glossy finish. Lovely print quality and perfect for decorating and personalising laptops, windows, notebooks, files etc. Removable, kiss-cut vinyl stickers. Super durable and water-resistant.
Buy any 4 and get 25% off. Buy any 10 and get 50% off.
